/Kaweco Sunrise Orange is from Kaweco’s standard lineup. You can find this ink still for sale at most retailers like Vanness Pens.
Swabs:
In large swabs on Tomoe River paper the ink has some interesting shading.
Writing samples:
Let's take a look at how the ink behaves on fountain pen friendly papers: Rhodia, Tomoe River, and Leuchtturm.
Dry time: 30 seconds
Water resistance: Low
Feathering: None
Show through: Medium

Other properties: medium shading, no sheen, and no shimmer.
On Staples 24 lb copy paper there was some feathering and bleeding in all nib sizes.
Comparison Swabs:
Sunrise Orange is closest to Pure Pens Pendine Sands. Click here to see the Kaweco inks together, and click here to see the orange inks together.
Longer writing:
I used an Edison Collier Persimmon Swirl with a medium nib on a Taroko Enigma notebook. The ink had an average flow.
Overall, this is a nice basic orange with some shading. I know Kaweco is in the middle of swapping in new bottles so this is out of stock at a few retailers but hopefully we will see the new bottles in stock soon!
