The color:

Brown Pink is a lovely purple. Based on the name I was expecting more of a brown, but it's a pretty purple.

When pooled, you can see some of the blue undertone, as well as darkening almost to black.

Let's take a look at how the ink behaves on fountain pen friendly papers: Rhodia, Tomoe River, and Leuchtturm.

Dry time: 50 seconds

Water resistance: Low-a lot of the ink washed away.

Feathering: None

Show through: Medium

Bleeding: None.

Other properties: Low shading, no sheen, and no shimmer

On 20 pound copy paper the ink behaved well, no issues that I noticed.

Longer writing:

I used a broad Crimson Sunrise Vanishing Point on Tomoe River paper. The ink had a lovely wet flow.

Overall, the ink was pretty well behaved and had a lovely wet flow. Wet flowing inks are my favorite, but it did have a pretty long dry time at 50 seconds. It has a pretty color as well. Give it a try, you might love it.
