Today’s Bungubox ink is Mother Pink. Thanks to Pen Chalet for sending a sample over for review. This ink makes me think of mother’s day, it’s the color of dark pink carnations.

Let's take a look at how the ink behaves on fountain pen friendly papers: Rhodia, Tomoe River, and Leuchtturm.

Dry time: 30 seconds

Water resistance: Low

Feathering: None

Show through: Medium

Bleeding: Low-there was just a tiny bit of bleeding in the flex nib.

Other properties: low shading, no sheen, and no shimmer.

On Staples 24 lb copy paper there was a little bit of feathering, and just a tiny bit of bleeding.

Longer writing:

I used a broad Twsbi Eco Pink on Tomoe River 68gsm. The ink had an average flow.

Overall, I really love this ink. It’s a beautiful color, has a nice flow, and frankly it’s just pretty.
