Christmas Metallic Inks 2018

Last week I shared some red and green inks for Christmas cards, so today it’s time to look at silver and gold inks for Christmas cards. While there are no true “metallic” fountain pen inks, there are some grey and yellow inks that come close to silver and gold. Let’s start with the silver ones.

My favorite shimmer is Diamine Moon Dust and my favorite non-shimmer is Diamine Silver Fox.

Next let’s look at gold. There are quite a few good gold inks. My favorite shimmer is Robert Oster Heart of Gold but I love quite a few of the non-shimmer ones: RO African Gold, RO Gold Antiqua and Bungubox Ebisu Gold.
