Ink Review #322: Diamine Soft Mint
/We are almost done with teal week, which has been lovely. Teal seems to be a reader favorite color. Today's teal is Diamine Soft Mint. I've had a bottle of this for quite a while since I love the color. I purchased my bottle of ink from Goulet Pens.
Swabs:
In large swabs the ink has lots of shading and depth.
Writing samples:
Let's take a look at how the ink behaves on fountain pen friendly papers: Rhodia, Tomoe River, and Leuchtturm.
Dry time: 30 seconds
Water resistance: Low
Feathering: None
Show through: Medium
Bleeding: Low
Other properties: medium shading, no sheen, and no shimmer.
On Staples 24 lb copy paper there was some feathering and bleeding.

Overall, I adore this ink. It's a gorgeous color, well behaved, and has some lovely shading, perfect for springtime.
