It's the last day of teal week, and we are finishing out the week with Colorverse #11 Morning Star from Spaceward Season 1. Thanks to Pen Chalet for sending a sample over for review.

The color:

Morning Star is a beautiful medium teal. It's on the greener side of teal. It looks much greener on the Col-o-ring than it does on other papers.

Swabs:

In large swabs there is a little bit of dark pink sheen. After three days the ink has still not completely dried.

Other properties: low shadinglow sheen, and no shimmer.

On Staples 24 lb copy paper there was some feathering and bleeding.

Longer writing:

I used a medium Pelikan M800 Renaissance Brown on Tomoe River paper. The ink had a slightly wet flow.

Overall, I really like this ink. It has a lovely flow, great color and a little bit of shading, but the dry time is a bit long.
