Ink Palette: Winter Moon

Winter, January especially, means grey, blue-black, and blue inks. Anytime I think of January I immediately think of blue. This week I have been focusing on reviewing blue inks, and there have been some good ones.

As soon as I saw this picture I knew it would end up as a January ink palette. It's basically January in picture form. So let's take a look at some ink.

I love this grey. I have a thing for grey inks in general, but I really like this one.

This blue-black leans more toward purple, but I think that's part of why I like it so much. I put this in a Pelikan M805 Ocean Swirl, and I wrote the pen dry in less than 24 hours, so I obviously like it.

Diamine to me is the well-behaved brand. You can usually count on their inks to be consistent and affordable, and this one is no exception.

I love the shading and sheen on this ink. It's beautiful.

This one is a lovely light blue with some cute pink sheen.

These are the five inks I've found myself using a lot this January. What inks are you loving this month? Let me know in the comments below!
