Robert Oster Blues

I recently got a request to compare the new Robert Oster 1980’s blues to the rest of the Robert Oster blue inks, so here’s a quick comparison of the blues I had on hand. A lot of them have a similar tone, and are just a bit lighter or darker than each other. An example is Blue Night, Midnight Sapphire, Evening Sapphire and Grey Seas-all four have a similar tone, but are one or two shades different. I love Robert Oster inks, and he makes some great blues. Some of my favorites right now are: Evening Sapphire, Lake of Fire, Carbon Fire, Blue Water Ice and Australian Sky Blue. Frankly, you can’t go wrong with any of them. Which is your favorite?
